2023 All American Cup Stallion Showcase & Auction

Mark your calendars, and buy your tickets now! We are thrilled to announce the 2023 All American Cup Stallion Showcase & Auction will once again be held at Lead Way Farm on Saturday, February 4, 2023.  We want to thank Andre and Caitlin van Schalkwyk for once again opening their doors to host this amazing event.   

 

The evening will kick off with a cocktail hour and dinner, followed by the Stallion Showcase & Auction, and will continue with dancing and fun.

 

Due to size limitations, this will be a semi-private event, with limited tickets for entry.  

 

The All American Cup is one of the longest-running, most-coveted breeding opportunities in the Saddlebred industry, and we are honored to be able to host the Stallion Showcase & Auction at the amazing Lead Way Farm.   Our goal is to continue to evolve the All American Cup Showcase & Auction into the 'Ultimate Saddlebred Experience.'  This year's event isn't just an auction.  It's an evening of fun, entertainment, American Saddlebred history, and oh by the way, an auction will take place as well.   

Please note:  EVERY person who purchases a ticket will have a seat available at the event (unlike some standing room only tickets in years' past).  ONLY table purchasers and sponsors will have RESERVED seats.  Individual tickets will be seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To attend, the following options are available:

  • Individual Ticket ($50):  Includes entry, an open seat for one, dinner, and two free drink tickets.  To purchase individual tickets, click here:

  • Table Purchase ($700):  A limited number of tables will be available for purchase.  Tables include ten reserved seats (and ten tickets) for entry into the event.  Each table will receive 20 complimentary drink tickets, dinner, and a special gift from the All American Cup.  Table guests will be left to the sole discretion of the table purchaser.  Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To purchase a table, click here:

  • Event Sponsorship:  A limited number of event sponsorships will be available for the 2022 All American Cup Stallion Showcase & Auction.  The following sponsorship opportunities are available:

To register as an attendee, please purchase your tickets by January 20, 2023.

NO REFUNDS will be issued.  The AAC has to pre-pay certain event expenses, so in the event of an event delay or cancellation outside of our control (due to COVID or other circumstances), tickets will be honored for the 2024 Stallion Review & Auction.

To review:

  • ​Sponsorship and table registrations are due January 1, 2023.

  • Individual attendee registrations are due January 20, 2023.

If you’d like to participate in the All American Cup but aren't able to attend in-person, there are several ways to participate in the action:

 

  1. The event will be live-streamed.  Live-stream instructions will be posted on our website in the days leading up to the event.

  2. We are currently accepting pre-bids online for ALL stallions participating in the 2023 All American Cup.  To submit a pre-bid and/or a highest bid, visit https://www.allamericancup.org/2023-stallions,  browse and select your favorite stallion, then click on your stallion-of-choice to submit a pre-bid.  The live auction will open at the highest opening bid received for each stallion.  If you choose to submit a ‘highest bid’ as well, AAC staff will bid on your behalf (incrementally), until the auction exceeds your highest bid.  

  3. We have bolstered our capacity to handle call-in live bidding this year based on record demand.  If you would like to call-in and participate in the live bidding, you MUST make a reservation in advance.  You can either make a reservation on the pre-bid form (above), OR you can send us an email at allamericancup.indy@gmail.com to request a phone call for your stallion-of-choice. An AAC staff member will call you prior to the start of the live auction for your specified stallion(s).  Please note that the live stream will have a 30-40 second delay, so we recommend not watching the live stream while calling-in to bid.

 

The final stallion auction order will be published online (and through social media) forty-eight hours prior to the start the of auction (February 2, 2023 at 6:00 PM).  All call-in reservations and pre-bids, MUST be received by 6:00 PM on Friday, February 3, 2023, twenty-four hours prior to the start of the live auction.

 

Like last year, we will offer an auxiliary auction in the weeks following the live auction for any stallion breedings that do not sell on February 4th.  We want to provide the maximum number of opportunities for interested breeders to purchase breedings from our amazing group of stallions.

 

We are anticipating record bidding between the live audience, online bidding, and call-in’s.  The more information we have in-advance, the smoother things will run, so please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to participate as a call-in bidder.
