If you’d like to participate in the All American Cup, there are several ways to participate in the action! 


  1. The event will be live-streamed.  Live-stream instructions will be posted on our website in the days leading up to the event.

  2. We are currently accepting pre-bids online for ALL stallions participating in the 2021 All American Cup.  To submit a pre-bid and/or a highest bid, visit https://www.allamericancup.org/2021-stallions,  browse and select your favorite stallion, then click on your stallion-of-choice to submit a pre-bid.  The live auction will open at the highest opening bid received for each stallion.  If you choose to submit a ‘highest bid’ as well, AAC staff will bid on your behalf (incrementally), until the auction exceeds your highest bid.  

  3. We have bolstered our capacity to handle call-in live bidding this year based on record demand.  If you would like to call-in and participate in the live bidding, you MUST make a reservation in advance.  You can either make a reservation on the pre-bid form (above), OR you can respond to this email and request a phone call for your stallion-of-choice. An AAC staff member will call you prior to the start of the live auction for your specified stallion(s).  Please note that the live stream will have a 30-40 second delay, so we recommend not watching the live stream while calling-in to bid.


The final stallion auction order will be published online (and through social media) forty-eight hours prior to the start the of auction (January 21st at 6:00 PM).  All call-in reservations and pre-bids, MUST be received by 6:00 PM on Friday, January 23rd, twenty-four hours prior to the start of the live auction.


Another new feature this year, we will offer a secondary auction in the weeks following the live auction for any stallion breedings that do not sell on January 23rd.  Given the circumstances in 2020-21, we want to provide the maximum number of opportunities for interested breeders to purchase breedings from our amazing group of stallions.


We are anticipating record bidding between the live audience, online bidding, and call-in’s.  The more information we have in-advance, the smoother things will run, so please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to participate as a call-in bidder.

The 2021 All American Cup Stallion Showcase and Auction will be held in a socially-distant, in-person setting on January 23, 2021.  The AAC is excited to announce a return to the lifeblood of our industry by holding the event in a place we all enjoy - an American Saddlebred barn!  In honor of two great legends we lost this year, Jim Aikman and Dr. Scott Bennett, we are THRILLED to announce a return to the training facility that formerly housed Alliance Stud, now home to Lead Way Farm.  New owners Andre and Caitlin van Schalkwyk, have graciously offered to host the 2021 event, and we are excited to get back to what everyone loves the most - show horses, entertainment, and one hell-of-an auction$!  

In order to provide a COVID-safe environment, we have implemented the following precautions to ensure the safety of our guests:

  • Attendance will be limited.

  • All attendees are required to wear masks while not seated at their tables.

  • A temperature check will be administered to all guests prior to entry.

  • Hors d'oeuvres and dessert will be provided in a COVID-safe manner, but no full dinner will be provided.

  • All tables will be spaced for appropriate distancing per CDC & state guidelines.

  • Auction procedures will be modified to ensure proper social distancing requirements.

To attend, the following options are available:

  • Individual Ticket:  $45:  To register, submit the form below.

  • Table Purchase ($600):  A limited number of round tables will be available for purchase.  Round tables are located toward the front of the venue and include ten seats, and ten tickets for entry into the event.  Table purchasers are responsible for ensuring proper social distancing for their guests.  For example, if you're inviting friends, family, or folks from your barn that you're comfortable being around, you're welcome to sit ten people at your table.  If not, please social distance as appropriate.  Table seating will be left to the sole discretion of the table purchaser.  Tables can be reserved for $600 each.  Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

  • Event Sponsorship ($1000):  A limited number of event sponsorships will be available for the 2021 All American Cup Stallion Auction and Review.  Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

    • 1 reserved table with ten seats.  Prime table placement in front middle of the venue. ​

    • Sponsor recognition on website, email, and all digital marketing.  All includes recognition on traditional media (if applicable).

    • Sponsor recognition on social media marketing before, during, and after the event. 

    • Sponsor recognition on event coverage (Richfield Video).

    • Sponsor recognition on banner and print materials at event.

    • Booth space (if you would like to have a table to display your business)

    • Exclusive All American Cup apparel

    • To sponsor, submit the following registration form no later than January 1st

  • Stallion Sponsorship ($500):  ​For stallion owners/managers, there is NO better way to market your stallion(s).  A VERY limited number of stallion sponsorships will be available for stallion owners, at a cost of $500 each.  A stallion sponsorship includes the following:

    • 1 reserved stall for your stallion at Lead Way Farm​

    • 2 event tickets

    • An opportunity to show your stallion to all in-person attendees and live-stream observers.

    • Stallion recognition before, during, and after the event on social media, traditional media, and AAC website.

Sponsorship opportunities for the 2021 All American Cup Stallion Showcase and Auction will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For questions regarding sponsorship, email: allamericancup.indy@gmail.com


To register as an attendee, simply submit the below form by no later than January 15th.

NO REFUNDS will be issued.  The AAC has to pre-pay certain event expenses, so in the event of an event delay or cancellation outside of our control (due to COVID or other circumstances), tickets will be honored for the 2022 Stallion Review & Auction.

To review:

  • ​Sponsorship and table registrations are due January 1, 2021.

  • Individual attendee registrations are due January 15, 2021.
